Click scale symbol at the bottom of main page, select the second tab. You should see 3* exchange tab at the top.
I already exchanged so you won't see mine. However I don't know if there's any requirement for it to appeared or not. Like log in enough time in 14 days. (Usual period of FKG and GS events)

That would probably explain why I don't see it as I am only seeing the two tabs there just as your picture shows. I must not have met the requirement, whatever it is.
