Another example would be Bipinna Cosmos. Maotd really hates her, because he said she was weak. But from what I've seen myself, is that her special ability deals alot of damage in comparision to the Nutaku copy. I hate Nutaku's Cosmos (or actually I hate her only for battles) but I really like DMM Cosmos 'cause she have a nice bloomed form.
Actually, on Nutaku her skill does 1.5x damages to all ennemies with 30% activation rate at lvl1. And her attack stat is low. On DMM it's the same but with 1.8x damages. 1.8x is really good since a lot of skill like this are 1.6x or 1.7x damages. And she keep her great skill rate. And she get +12% damages on whole team with her bloomed form.
That's why she is far much stronger on DMM. She keep all her advantages and lost almost all her weak points.
