They both sure have they own pros and cons.
Moonknive... (not sure is her english name) have high speed with crystal ability.
Oxy... something do heal team when walk throw nest and have multiple target active skill.

Moonvine would probably be best as the earliest events were the most brutal with RNG nodes on the map. Plus, Moonvine just got her bloomed form and looks amazing in it. I'll get back to my girl Lily of the Valley Tree eventually, but have to finish up Canna's event. I was in the middle of hers when this event and stamina reduction cost came around.

Oxy is very powerful, has skill activation and AoE.
I still rock her in my Team 2 which is composed of 6* simply due to her having the Skill act, and the pre-Bloom 6* (especially the older ones, which changes with Burning Bush and forth) do not.
Plus her personality is adorable. She acts all tough and strong in combat, but when you click her for the quotes, plus her H scene, she is very soft spoken, and melts quickly (mofu fu fu :3)
