Yes. I'm a girl. Well, not a girl. I'm a middle aged married woman with a kid. I don't really understand how in 2017 someone can be surprised that females would enjoy anime, hentai, or gaming in general. I grew up on atari and nintendo and cartoons just like you "guys" did.

My point was that you guys are taking things way too seriously. It's the internet. Having been around when the first personal computers entered homes and having been around for the beginnings of the internet, I can honestly say that the number one rule of the internet is "don't take it too seriously". Rule number 2 is don't feed the trolls. Whether we like the trolls or not.

I brought up the "end of the world" as an illustration of just how serious the internet can be. *eyeroll*
I don't know you guys. I don't know this fight you guys are speaking of. To be honest, it sounds like frivolity at it's best. "I like this version not this version" "yea well you're wrong" blah blah blah It's been established that there are those who like nutaku and those who like dmm. I like Brussels sprouts. So what. I still think you guys take all of this too seriously. Maybe I'm just better at ignoring things because I'm a mom. Who knows?
I don't get why people have to call each other names over the internet and never will. And I don't understand what that has to do with this thread. If my kid was arguing with other kids like this, I'd ground her.

As to the "end of the world" reference. Someone called someone a shill at one point. Being very familiar with the conspiracy community, I thought bringing in the September 23rd conspiracy was amusing. *shrug* I'm weird. I'm going to sit here with my apocalypse punch card waiting for my 10th "I survived" punch, and wait for you all to go back to talking about the new event because that's what I think we should be excitedly babbling about.

People who argue on the internet remind me of angry chihuahuas.
