Of course not, that's some random person. I just wonder how can he (or she?) has full rainbow with low level like that. Or rather, how much one have to spent on this? My account is much more humble than that, and nope I won't spend a cent on this one.

PS: Do any of you think you can reroll for 2 rainbows with 3 tries? I think I must have gone mad first.

This is the "first 6*" and "first 6* pulled". Meaning that this one is your precious first 6* as long as it came from gacha, ticket or whatever that was not a guaranteed 6*

Also that ticket had like what... 6% chance for a 6* ? So yeah you still beat the odds and as such it counts *thumbsup*

7.5%, as far as I remember.
