And you also get a Nae spirit for your Garden, depending on the color you chose.
Unlocking the items, grows her at a certain rate, and you will get gems/buns/things, that you can feed her in addition. Those are of the same 4 types as the Flower Knights, and you can choose which to feed her.
You can always change your mind and feed her a different type to alter her current type, but in that case you need to use more of the new type as the one before.
Once you have chosen a type and solidified it with plenty of buns, you can then feed her other types as well. Those give her extra exp and help her grow to become a stronger "manyu". Just make sure to keep the main type you want always ahead of the others so she doesnt flip colors on you at the last minute.
