Lvl 152, which is 397 stamina. It increases with only 1 point per level by now.
Stamina wise, the biggest improvement I hit was when I got past ~320 stamina, where spending a flowergem on stamina basically meant I could run four 80-stamina maps. Before that, it just wasn't worth it. By now, it's become a better use of my FG's than wasting them on the gachas.

Not sure, I can't find any list anywhere, but I think it was somewhere around level 100 (+/- 10 levels).

I'm glad I waited before spending all currencies on phase 1, I got all the ampys after clearing the phase 2 missions.

Finally maxed Fritillaria ATK.
And Kerria's Def is almost finished.

And I was able to evolve Peach and Chocolate Cosmos.
