Not in my timezone... the race hits at 10 pm AEST and maint started before that, since it tends to start on the hour i'd say it started at 9 pm AEST.

I can confirm the race was on time. In my timezone, it's at 12h00, and maintenance starts at 13h00.
I logged between and got the race prize.

With the new era of FKG management in 2018 apparently completely forgetting about 5* tickets and forcing really crummy weekly gacha deals instead, I’m now left to wonder whether I’ll ever get my Tiger Lily, as the new character gacha for her has passed and I spent 200 flower gems and rolled salt in the form of characters who weren’t Tiger Lily.

I’ll find a way to you someday, my beautiful cyan-haired storm demon with the cute voice. You’ll join Madonna, Ardisia, Victoria, Rosemary, Anemone, Snowdrop, Creeping Smartweed, Nigella, Acacia, Lycoris Miko, Kerria, Oxalis, Cactace, Saffron and my other favorites in my legion soon enough.
