I would urge anyone who has strong opinions on this issue to look into the way that credit cards, banks, and processors handle transactions. For those of you who haven't heard of Operation Choke Point, please google it for an eye-opening look at how certain parties can exercise control over adult content they find 'objectionable' by tightening the screws on the financial industry.

To those of you who say, "switch processors", the number of processors (and banks) willing to work with adult content is not measured in the dozens. We don't get to shop around. There are four in North America.

The fact is that adult content in many countries is strictly regulated, not by laws, but by policies on what people are allowed to pay for.

It's clear from the conversation here that it's an issue that raises a lot of passion in people, as censorship rightly should. I sympathize with those who make arguments that we should do better. Ultimately, if there was an easy way to cut through this knot of regulation, we'd take it. Barring that option, we are resolved to make changes slowly, in the right direction, and take whatever opportunities are available to push the envelope.

That won't be enough for everyone, but I think most people will appreciate that we're working with what's possible, rather than what's ideal.

NutakuDev, speaking of censhorship, i suggest you got it already, that most Japanese hentai/ecchi games fans prefer less explicit cute content over more sexually explicit, but screwed up with mosaics/disfigured faces and bodies, and complete decks with les explicit content to missing units, so i hope you'd rather go 'all ages" way (for some units/cards, at least) instead of making girls look ugly/ridiculous as you did with girls in Osawari and Lord of Valcure (oh, and ffs don't alter voluptuous ladies with godforsaken traps like you did to Berufu in LoV - personally i totally hate gay content like traps/futanari, so i'd like to get warned of it in the first place, and be able to hide those images by some checkbox somewhere - one of the reasons i quit playing LoV was that i had to use Cecil traps that i hate in my deck because they were the strongest available water cards). I'm not supporting the idea of naughty/violent sex, especially with really underaged girls (and i know DMM version of PPS has some cards with _really_ underaged girls (looking for 10 years old or less, i believe) and some cards that could be considered guro (the girl caught in the fishing line that cuts into her body, for example) and i don't know how you are going to ship that into Nutaku Ver. PPS (or not) but personaly i'd prefer not to see those images around on other player's MyPero. (just like that dickgirl with chickens, btw) Actually, it would be great if you could make something like "softcore" filter to hide excessive content, still keeping the game not "all ages". Also, i'd like to know, how much you can influence the game, what the PPS dev. team can/is willing to change/improve and why my support tickets almost never get answers even when i request a reply by checking the checkbox (is that because i am a f2p player? Are only peying players get support) because i saw you fixed one typo in teh game's interface that i pointed out to you, but never implemented the rest of what i was writing about and never even said something like "sorry, that's not something we are sesponsible for, we can't do that" or "thanks for your suggestions, we'll pass your requests/ideas to the dev. team to see what they can do about this issue".
And at least i know the dialogues in PPS are sometimes messed up alot (like, male character says lines like "my pussy clenches so tight around your cock" and teh girls say protagonist's lines (and they are even voiced, lol! How could that even happen?) as much as there are numerous typos and inconsistency in the interface of the game (like button for discarding a mission says "close" instead of "dismiss"/"decline" or, at least, "cancel", or button to send help request to friends on SEG/EG fight says something like "Invite sent", as if they are already sent, instead of "Send invites", which means i will send them by pressing this button and so on. "Thoulsands of them" as the meme says. Almost literally. (not that critical, but i'm such a perfectionist that things like that hurt my eyes - even while English is a foreign language to me, i know it should be written differently) - or misplaced/missing/unneeded punctuation marks in dialogues, etc. I wonder who translates all that, and what country they are from... =_=")
And of course - the balance issues. I understand, that it's just a buisness to you, guys, there are hard times for world economy these days and so on, but meh, it makes me very sad when i see danation systems turning games to "pay to win" instead of being just a way for those who play little to keep up with those who play almost 24/7 or those who started recently to quickly get in line with those who playes for months/years already. To be percise - i a collector (and a perfectionist, as i've mentioned above) and i am really disappointed, frustrated and depressed by the fact people don't have the ability to "catch them all" (maybe in a long time and after a hard work, but still) - the fact that some cards are time-limited, or available exclusively to donating players (and mostly - even to heavy-donating ones only, actually). there is no "card trading/exchange" system between players of any sort, so, for example, someone who has a rare limited card that was exclusive to some period in the game, but doesn't really need it could give it to someone who really wants that particular card, and get something in exchange and so on... And at the same time, you allow for people to share their accounts with others, while most online games prohibit that and ban people's accounts if they get caught lending/selling/giving away them to other people (and people still trade accounts on dedicated websites for insane money, but your policy on distributing cards prevents people to get full collections of cards on one account, even no matter how much they pay). I can't understand that. PPS is somehow appealing to me, and a pretty big pool of other players, i guess, but most of them (if not everyone) hate the fact they can't get what they want in it, even if they pay for it (i mean, i can't have, say Lil Lilith, no matter what i do, "SR Guaranteed" gacha is, actually, not guaranteed, one single bit (the only guaranteed is the R gacha, where you just can't get anything below R card and sometime will even get an SR card, but most of the time you'll get an R card with almost 100% guarantee) and getting those 300 Pero for N cards feels kinda bad too, since the N gacha tickets and Wild Cards cost 1 or even 1,5k, and peronamin used to refill the Stamina wasted on it costs even more. Oh, btw, to me, a free player, the Shop section seems almost unneeded, since all i can buy there is cheap N trash. people will say that it will "destroy the value of consumables, and donating player's superiority", if you start selling that stuff to free players, but i feel stupid looking at the shop where i can't buy resources that i need, and more than that - almost anything at all. I don't say "make them cheap", but you could at least give all other player's that can't afford donations some opportunity to get what they need - for a reasonably average amount of Pero, or make it not so pricy, but limit it to, say, 1-5 pieces per day or something - so i at least could spend some hard-earned Pero on something i really need, like buy myself an extra peronamin to get those last few Exp points to get a level-up and spend the bonus STA and Focus before going to bed, or buy myself an extra PeroPudding to attack that SEG/EG to finish it off and get my reward until they flee/quickly pass that boss fight in Exploring mode to not let the Stamina "rot" when it gets full, while i need like 1 more hour to finish the Boss and continue Exploring the area...
Just like with those event-limited consumables, when you first destroyed the very idea of Choice of Fate, giving enough PeroGlasses to skip all of them using those, and still have enough glasses to use them on every high step-up Charm Chance to get 300's even for free players and then completeley removed them, making a basic achievment of 50 000 Stamps impossible even for people who played from the first day of Event, spending like 12-14 hours ingame daily (personally i even skipped sleep at all for a few days during this Event, and still ended up at like only HALF of required Stamps on the Event's End - that was _really_ frustrating, and i was about to quit PPS and Nutaku, since i dropped LoV and not interested in other games on your website - i'm still here only because i won both Christmas Limited Cards on R gacha while i was wasting all the resources i had accumulated during all my PPS playtime before quitting, and felt that as a more or less okay consolation for the fiasco at the Event, where the only card i actually wanted to win was the 50k stamps girl).
And you still keep some cards that should be available through the previous Elite Guard Events exclusive to SR Guaranteed gacha (which is almost impossible to get tickets for, for a free player - and even harder to get enough Card Reveals to pick the most wanted card out of it, since it is not, actually, "guaranteed" at all - as i see it, all cards should be available in N Gacha, just with little chance for rare SR cards, while SR and E-gacha should work as their name says - giving out only SR and Event-limited cards respectfully, just like R gacha does - so people who are willing to pay for some particular cards, or want them "RIGHT NOW" could get them on demand, by literally buying them for real money, while others had to rely on pure luck and long, hard grinding to get what they want. - people should get what they want for the money they pay, and see a reason for going through tons of hard work. Especially, since there is SO MUCH to add from DMM's version, and people will almost always have something to pay you for, i don't see other reason than greed to not letting people get what they want from the game and get what they want if they are willing to pay you for what they want, exactly). And i think you saw enough bad reaction for your pricing policy, especially for those medal campaigns - that looked more like trolling or insult than "act of generousity"/"celebartion gift" for those spenders... In my personal oppinion, it would be nice to gift those big spenders a bunch of consumables, some VIP booster or whatever, rather than adding to the game more exclusive content that only few people with "rubber wallets" can afford and other's would just gaze upon and salivate, or hiss hatefully. Especially for a "collectible card game" like PPS, since, i bet, many of the people who plays / chooses such games from a bunch of other games are true collectors like me, that want their collection full, without missed/unobtainable items. But not every player and fan of something is actually able to afford donations, even if he would want to make some to thank you for bringing these unique games to them / want some item from the game no matter what. I hope you can understand that and do something for that. And i hope you understand that good reputation is always handy - since, if your customers feel unsatisfied by your product, they, at the very least, won't pay for them, and recommend them to their friends, if not reduce or stop their own donations, quit your games and come play (and fund) some other projects, and/or will complain about your policy on public (including Facebook, for example) making you a bad fame, scaring off your potential clients, giving you bad rating on systems like Web of Trust and post negative reviews there and around the Web in general and so on. You can look for some Russian browser and client MMORPG publishers for examples (like those who host Bleach Online, as a closest example for me - the game is distributed by several websites on the Russian market, and that only makes problems for common players, while many of those websites customers leave bad revievs, _especially_ on "bad customer experience" which makes bad reputation for those websites, so players migrate to other publishers over and over again - which turns into losses to both players that lose their progress and money, and publishers, who lose their client base and income).
I still wonder, what exactly Nutaku is capable, in charge of and takes responsibility for when speaking of PPS at least. At least i'm pretty sure you are setting prices and, probably, score limits for the Events in it, and can alter the ingame text (since you corrected one of the typos in the interface i've sent you a Support Ticket about).
Oh, and i also wanted to notice that since Nutaku started at (and stated that they are) publishing japanese Hentai Games, there's no wonder people have negative reaction on Western cartoon porn games you are recently adding and that Silly Girl PPS card (personally for me it was only valuable and considered a gift because it is an SR card that could at least increase my pretty low SED, while the artwork is goofy and not work even wasting Wildcards to unlock it) no matter it was uncensored (i'd even prefer that New Year Airu R card, no matter that i hate giant boobs, blondes and her personality in general - she is at least not that ugly and not so european, and has beautiful holiday dress and hairstyle - and i hate muscular female fitness addicts, retards, redheads and freckles and anal sex much more than bitchy platinum blondes and ridiculously oversized boobs) even though she is uncensored. Again, speaking of censorship - are there really no uncensored images of other PPS cards, or you just don't want to bother replacing them? (because i know you can, since you continue shipping in lolis (or DFCs if you prefer us not to use term "loli") and tentacles). Also, for those who are agains lolis you can always appeal to "lolita" Japanse Street Fashion style, utilised by adult people and the old trick with turning scholars into students and schols into universities/colleges for shipping hentai into western countries still works ad for other characters - you might try to make them adult cosplayers with just a slim and tiny "childish" build who dress like little girls for some sort of show or rolepley or something like that, i guess... (though, even shooting and posting pictures/videos of adult people dressed up as underage teens engaged in some sexual or erotic activities is prohibited by law here in Russia, for example - as one of my friends once ironically said: "they'll soon start suing people for pedophelia for them having sex with their wives dressed in seifuku, if they continue approving laws like that" - so that might not work for all countries)
Stopped playing all Nutaku's games (and, thus, using HBC and other related forums) around 06.2016

You need a better talking with Wnu/Epoch. Getting stuck with one payment method (SafetyPay) because i used fresh cash instead of a card is stupid. Now i'm stuck again with SafetyPay and is impossible to unsuscribe via Epoch methods (doesn't allow to unsuscribe).

I reckon you'd get faster and better response sending in tickets to address that issue.
