I've been playing for a week now, twice a day, and no girl drops ever. I'm pretty sure it is just luck of the draw but I do agree that the drop rates are unchangeable and a little too low. It's called 'harem' heroes for a a reason - to get the greatest harem - but it's more difficult and nearly as grindy as Pokémon.
