how about both then?
to be honest..the idea did cross my mind . i guess Fafnir's ability is so good it must have a big cool down or something.
i just want to see if i can get lucky again and draw better....or maybe for planning a head in game.

The SSR Eidolon, Ouroboros, is not bad. Its summon effect is blind, which has a chance to make enemies miss their basic attacks. If you plan to go Dark and did not get one of the better SR Princesses, I'd choose Ouroboros over Echidna.

Lindwurm is a SR Eidolon. SR Eidolon are generally casted away and used as feed for SSR Eidolon so I wouldn't bother. Every "descent" battle, you'd get a chance to get a SSR Eidolon. So unless an Eidolon has some ridiculously good effect like Fafnir, I wouldn't even consider them unless you have no luck in getting a decent SR princess.

There is one exception to what I said above. If you're one of those rich players who plan to roll premium gachas over and over until you max your SSR Eidolon, then, by all means, get the SSR Eidolon that you want. Since a maxed gacha SSR Eidolon, such as Ouroboros, boosts stats so high that no event SSR Eidolon can even come close. However, if we're talking about a free player, then chances of you rolling the same SSR Eidolon is very low. And a 0 or 1-star gacha Eidolon isn't much different than a maxed event Eidolon.

After a few days of rolling, managed to get Beelzebub, Ramiel, and Artemis each on a different email. Haven't seen any SSRs yet but it sounds like they are just as good, if not better.

Leaning towards Beelzebub right now, but I guess I'll clear the tutorial on each account and see which account gets the best out of the free tickets/gacha draws.

So a majority of the H-scenes are NTR and rape? Is it non princess units that get NTR-ed/raped and the princess ones don't? Or is it random? Is there a plot reason as to why they get NTR-ed/raped? And if yes why would a unit that gets NTR-ed/raped fight for you & get stronger?

I'm not trying to complain about the NTR and rape (even though I don't like it) I just want to understand if it's there because fetishes>plot or because it actually helps progress the story in someway or it is pivotal to the story.

Because if the H-scenes don't fit into the plot aren't they basically non-canon in a sense?

If we take Aigis as an example:
For the female scenes
The first scene is usually when the prince has just met the girl recently and can't keep it in the pants.
The second scene is when they've fought with each other for a while and developed some sort of relationship (+1 to the Harem basically).

For males
The first scene is the prince meeting the unit and having a short introductory scene.
Second scene is acceptance of eachother or basically they become BROS FOR LYFE and respect each other in someway.

both of these scenes could and are considered canon to the story.

BUT if Kamihime has a similar plot where we are to assume that nameless protag goes around with his gaggle of harem units defending the world and all the sex scenes, that usually(ok... sometimes) adds to the plot in someway, are NTR/rape scenes that doesn't make sense then.
1. It either isn't NTR because "NTR-ed units" aren't really being NTR-ed they are just being raped because they weren't involved romantically with nameless protag.
2. Nameless protag is fine using units that betrayed him to fight against evil or something (I don't... What? how does this even make sense...)
2. I'm thinking way to much about a hentai game and honestly the developers are just trying to pander towards a niche and ignoring plot as long as they can drain your wallets... (basically non-canon)

If someone has played the japanese version already and knows what the "plot" and reasoning of the abundant amount of rape in this game... I beg of you please explain.

Also I've drawn an Ouroboros and a Fafnir... Kept the Fafnir for now.

Next, Fafnir's ability isn't that long. In the pre-reg pool, Echidna's 10-turn charm has the longest cooldown. Behemoth's is 8-turn, but that one is situational. Every other Eidolon, including Fafnir is 9-turn, so it's very average. Its ability is very strong because in this game, buffs adds a percentage to your damage, so it's all about stacking your damage. The stronger you become, the more damage your buffs will add. Also, in this game, friends can use your Eidolon and, if they do, you'll get gems. Gems can be used to draw normal gacha that'll give you rare weapons, which are necessary in raising the skills of your weapons. And raising the assault skills of your weapon will allow you stack even more damage. So unless you have a lot of money to burn to roll premium gachas in order to raise your skills, gems are very important.

The only reason I can think of not to keep Fafnir is you have a clear plan in mind and plan to go an element that Fafnir does not cover.


Last, the best princess in the pre-reg is a hard one. It really depends which element you want to go because, as far as I know, you cannot get SSR Princess in the pre-reg. So no matter how good a SR is, it's not going to break the game. Plus, Princesses, unlike Eidolon, cannot be stacked even if you roll a double. As you do events in this game, you will come across SR Princesses quite frequently and some of the event-only princesses are extremely strong. However, there are a few worth mentioning:

Brynhildr - fire healer. Her abilities are so strong, even at zero stars, she has a higher healing ceiling than the SR water healer that you'll get in the tutorial. Once you get her to max stars, her healing rivals that of upper spirit, Andromeda.

Artemis - extreme damage. All of its skills synergizes well together and its damage output surpasses some of the crappier SSRs. If you're going Light, Artemis is an excellent choice.

Ramiel - charm is one of the strongest debuff in this game. It is hard to stick and its effect is random, but when it works, it can help you win an otherwise impossible fight. Ramiel has a chance to charm with all three of her abilities (one attempts to charm the whole field.) Even if you cannot charm successfully, her skills are nothing to scoff at. Especially her second and third skill are ridiculously good for a SR. One raises the whole party's burst guage. And the other boosts the attack/defense (medium) of the whole party. Lightning element, but because her skill are so useful, some people even chooses to her in an element outside of Lightning.

Beelzebub - If you're going Dark, this is ridiculously good. Her skills synergizes so well, it'll give you some ridiculous burst damage. Her only downside is that one of her abilities give you a defense debuff, so if you use it in a wrong time, you can suffer some heavy damage.


All said and done. Besides considering Fafnir, I would probably keep one of the above SR princesses instead. Especially the healer, she's so OP, she's probably the best princess in the pre-reg gacha. If there's one weakness, it's that it's not light/dark. Light/Dark is favored because they have no weakness. So if I get lucky enough to roll Beelzebub, I'd switch over. And between Fafnir and Beelzebub, I would definitely choose Beelzebub because I am planning to go dark and her abilities buff the entire party.

i see..so overall there is no SSR princesses.. i guess it's to be expected.

but seriously that's really a lot of options to think of (if i got the luck that is)..i guess i'll build the team around any princess i get from above i hope.

just a little question..which elements Fafnir doesn't cover up?

There are 6 elements in total: Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning, Light and Dark.

Fafnir boosts Fire and Water, so, if you plan to main Fire or Water, Fafnir is a decent choice if you don't get a good SR princess.

And I am just regurgitating information from Japanese wiki others have made. I am still learning this game myself! Heck, after answering questions, it helped me to figure out which SR Princess I want, so this is to my benefit as well. So I doubt I have what it takes to write FAQs or similar.

Ah dang, I took Furfur thinking she was a poorly translated Fafnir only to find notice she isn't her... and in place of my Beelzebub.
