You can find them in Vine/Satanachia Boss Chapter in story mode, spin in normal gacha and exchange it on material shop.

Well, I mean on every episode of the sixth chapter and the last chapter. Tho, the drop of rune of darkness there and normal gacha spin are lower compared to SP quest

I got some from newbie panel mission, didnt get a single one from gem gacha though haha.

That is such a strange question. What do you mean? This is my best guess for an answer, which may or may not answer your question:

120% Eidolons (Cerberus, Leviathan, Hanuman, Nidhoggr) have 100% base, and gain 4% per same-element Eidolon equipped. If limit broken, this increases to 105% base. Come December, they'll be buffed to gain 8% per same-element Eidolon equipped.

Notice that this is different from Anubis and Managarm. They are 80% base, and gain 4%(+1% per Limit Break). So if you have no Dark Eidolons equipped, a 120% Anubis will be 80%.

I was told that the breakdown was 60+12% per wind eidolon making a single 100% a superior choice when you have multiple element eidolon in your grid.. Just wanted to confirm

Daily SP quests exp/ults i.e. 25AP/50 AP ones would be best options for t4 and t3 stars however drops are not guaranteed. The other ones drop t1 and t2 stars
You can also get t1 stars from gemcha
And others can be exchanged from shop

With upcoming Wind guardian, is it worth to switch from UE sword grid to bow grid ? CMIIW, bow grid effect Stinger right ? Or should i start lance grid (have each Odin & Chu)?

Any other grid is better than sword grid... Sword grid is absolutely the most awful one you could get... Bow grid is awesome~
Lance grid will be super hard to get...

Depends whether Bethor turns out to be as easy as Aratron and whether you have anything else better to farm: Bethor bow has 1% more base assault than UE sword but no pride value at all. Phantom bow is assault + stinger, correct, versus phantom sword avalanche (DATA); it's the assault on the bow not the stinger that is worth the trade though.

If you just want a more balanced grid, you can mix Bethor bows (assault/exceed) with Kyuki bows (assault/defender) then you can use the last three weapon slots for whatever, maybe Pazuzu lance for ascension if you have Azazel AW, or Garuda hammer if you want even more hp or your Odin lance for firepower.

For lance, only Odin's lance is worth bricking imo, Cu's is not. Only Labyrinth lance and Pazuzu lance are f2p if I'm not mistaken, so you either overfarm Pazuzu or need to somehow acquire more Odin lances and bricks for wind lance grid. Odin lances are very powerful, but if you're gonna spend real money, you might also consider waiting for wind Atum bows instead (still got like half a year-ish before she's out though.) Her bow is assault/defender/vigor on FLB, and if you need more filler to complete the grid, Bethor bows are decent enough versus no farmable wind lances for Odin.
