That is such a strange question. What do you mean? This is my best guess for an answer, which may or may not answer your question:

120% Eidolons (Cerberus, Leviathan, Hanuman, Nidhoggr) have 100% base, and gain 4% per same-element Eidolon equipped. If limit broken, this increases to 105% base. Come December, they'll be buffed to gain 8% per same-element Eidolon equipped.

Notice that this is different from Anubis and Managarm. They are 80% base, and gain 4%(+1% per Limit Break). So if you have no Dark Eidolons equipped, a 120% Anubis will be 80%.

I was told that the breakdown was 60+12% per wind eidolon making a single 100% a superior choice when you have multiple element eidolon in your grid.. Just wanted to confirm

I have no idea of that. Where did you hear that?

Maybe they're confusing them with the Event 50% ones, which are absolutely awful unless you have full same-element Grid.
