Well for starters, you shouldn't be awakening himes of an element you don't main. Eyes are far too valuable of a resource to throw around unless you're a hardcore whale.

Doesn't help nutaku is so inconsistent with their events, we didn't get any shards in the exchange shop this time.

1 year old? What do you mean?...that the 200k gems required on the 4th limit break isn't the real amount? Also I already decided to go for Awakened Gaia and since I already got all the necessary materials to MLB her (aside from that colossal gems that I still need to grind), there's not much problem on that side (maybe).

Actually my main itself is quite inconsistent too due to RNG, at first my strongest element was Thunder and weakest Fire, but now my strongest is Fire and weakest Water lol. Though I after some thought I decided to go for the Kamihime that can give support to ALL my element, which is Gaia (I would have go for Sol but since I don't have her...)

1st run of Mastema didn't have shards for exchange, so Nutaku's being true to original here actually. Sphinx was the first advent to have shards available from the start on DMM.

By 1 year old I mean that we already know which kamihime get awakenings for the next year. DMM adds one each month, and the 12th was revealed at the end of September. None of the SSR's I do have are among those 12. Unless I roll someone from that list, Awakening will be irrelevant to me for at least the next 12 months. And I can't work out a pattern, if there is one, to who'll get awakened anytime soon. I'd have thought there'd be some kind of quasi-chronological order, but Ea and Uriel throw that out. And it's not popularity since Ea ranked 38th among SSR in the 1 year anniversary event.

Whether they're true to the original or not doesn't matter, it's whether they choose to be consistent about it or not that is what I'm complaining about. As you said, this isn't suppose to be implemented til later, but because they made a rematch event we weren't suppose to get til much later happen, the exchange shop became a mess and some advent events we've had have the version of the exchange shop with the buyable dragonic shards. And now with the Mastema event, its changed back to the other shop. That's why it's inconsistent. Of course I'm sure some are happy about being able to hoard potions again because of it reverting to the old shop.

btw does anyone have any idea of when Hercules (or Heracles) will be added to the game?

We were suppose to have her several events ago, but again with Nutaku doing their own thing.

I've constantly been farming Thunder Disaster for weapons (since I'm planning on maining Thunder).. but only been getting HP and next to zero ATK weapons.

Should I LB and use the HP weapons or keep going for ATK and save my R fodder? My weapon grid is pretty bad right now.

Long-term says you're gonna want mostly assault weapons in the grid.
Short-term asks how desperate are you for raw power right now? I wouldn't limit break the defender weapons, but throwing R fodder material at them for raw stats right now is justifiable if it's still early on for you.
No point in limit breaking defender weapons that will be replaced; the # of R's needed to level post-40 is too much of a waste.

I'd say I'm more impatient than desperate at the moment due to horrible rng, but I can tell I'm behind in damage. I also realize Thunder is more raw damage oriented than other elements, so I guess I really should focus assault entirely.
