You are speaking as though blind can be land on her HIGH AF RST everytime

I'm not saying you should force a blind user into your party, just that you shouldn't remove debuffers on the presumption that they'll always miss. I saw a lot of Arthur in the few runs I did and I have to wonder how many of those were switched from e.g. Mordred.

So you think its a good idea to bring mord making her lose all the extra dmg she gets from debuffs (cause basically all of them will fail) just for that slim chance for a blind/charm, thats an interesting take.

They are now the best stat stick available, which makes them very viable to be put into any team since the active is already pretty good anyway

I don't understand the eidolon effects of the Kaiser Dragoons very well (thanks vague nutaku descriptions). Do they raise the heal cap of the same element caster's heal or do they raise heal cap only for the same element himes?

See the comment of The encyclopedia in Sanahtlig's toolbox.

Basically, it increases the healing amount, but not the cap. Heals scale with max HP, you see. But the scaling is so high that you'll hit the cap extremely easily. So effectively, anyone who has a single SSR Eidolon will get zero benefit from Kaiser Dragoon passives as they have enough max HP to hit the cap anyway.

I don't have any Kaiser Dragoons of my own, but that's how the passive started when I experimented with in like like... last June or something.
