This is an oversimplified version of what happens:
DMM games (Japanese) releases Kamihime Pro.
Between 11-12 months pass.
Nutaku comes in and translates game, and hosts game on the server, thus birthing Nutaku Kamihime, the English version.
This 11-12 months gap is kept consistent because Nutaku implements whatever events and content in a similar fashion to the DMM's schedule. This is how we're able to predict future content for our English version, because history will literally repeat itself from DMM to Nutaku, save a few variations here and there.
Someone should tell the English devs to implement the Gem Gatcha fix that removes N weapons and eidolons immediately, and maybe increase the cost by 5-10x to maintain the current balance. This would be a huge quality-of-life improvement. Rolling the Gatcha and discarding the useless weapons shouldn't take as long as it does currently.
