charachter attack is the same as the + skill from assault weapons, its simply gets added on top of that, and affects all characters of that element.

Elemental attack is basicly a multiplier which affects damage from the same element. Since character attack only gets added on stuff you already have its less of an impact compared to elemental atk. also there are skill that deal multi elemental damage (no point in going further imo).

Also, something that i do not understand.

How the hell a friend of mine can have Multiple Eidolon choices as eidolon supporter? he got one fire, thunder, water and dark ... and i'm like "I thoguht only the supporter could be chosen!"

You can make 6 teams, just make one team for each element, and use the best possible eidelon for that element as the main eido.
If the teams are empty, the default should be Diabolos.
