Osiris does offer heal +burst gauge, but the heal isnt too large. It would be kinda useless if you were facing against some bosses without having an important atk debuff to lower their damage

Or he could just run with Jeanne dark.
Her skill offers -20% attack down and with dark ama+thanatos -40% attack & def down. Furthermore he would have a free ex skill slot and could use ambush.
Also Jeanne dark has a good defense skill.

Personally I would choose now Osiris and later Hades.
