I stacked buffs, im on 50% def debuff and I see this pathetic small number. wtf?

I guess nutaku messed up again.. everyone on my team is hitting their normal numbers
and isnt her buffs supposed to last 5 turns now? since that's what Im seeing on JP wiki, unless we're getting that on a later update or something
still 3 turns, and here I was really excited for her change..
