First I notice that on accesories the icon for "ability damage" is gone. Nothing important, really. But later, doing Accesory quest, I use the ability attack of Svarog Awakened with a good number of charges...and the damage of the charges is not there?
Someone more with a similar problem?

with the maintenance they broke all the stacking abilities.

Has this happened yet? Almost have enough Dragon Eyes to awaken a Titannia but am not in real rush, so wondering if I should wait a bit for the cost reduction.

happened long ago, dont remember when exactly but its been months since it was implemented, since i remember awakening svarog with reduced costs.

The awakening costs are exactly the same iirc (3 dragon eyes). What changed was the materials and cost of MLBing the himes again.

yeah, cause i awakened gaia a LONG time ago and remember needing like 20 of something. i've never seen that requirement again..

Yes and every ability that stacks, they stop at 1 stack and dont go any further, so basically for the time being svarog is trash.

Hey guys i hear that cthulhu is a strong debuffer but her debuff is kinda hard to land, is that true, if so i have to run modred all the time then

Probably.
I only run Cthulhu (with 6% Affliction) with Mordred, and I think that even with elemental advantage the debuff sometimes fails to land. It's rare, but it happens.

On the upside, Mordred with Sniper Shot + Cthulhu is a -AoE with 40% Def, and quite likely to land.

Really confused about the + on everything (Kamihime, Eidolons, and weapons). I don't see the pattern in what raises the number, and don't see what specifically it affects.

Anyone wanna fill me in or link me to a guide? Only guide I saw sticky was the re-roll one.

Sometimes from the Gem gacha, Premium gacha Raid ticket gacha you'll get something with +1. When you enhance something with a +1, it transfers into that item. And if you enhance like a +10 item then that +10 will be added to that item.

Each +1 is +1 HP +3 Atk. Don't put them on Hime, put them into weapons since that way, everyone in your team gets those same stats.
