While true, it should be noted that LMB SR weapons have a modifier of 3.5, compared to 4.0 of non-LMB SSRs. The SSR is better sure, but I'm not sure if "important" is the word I'd use.

On the other hand, 0.5 makes a fair amount of difference once you're pumped up.
