I see that I can pull premium tickets 10x now. Will a 10x pull guarantee an SR or better like the jewel gacha?

Just asking because I tend to use premium tickets to test the gacha's mood. If I don't get an SR after 5 premium tickets I figure the gacha is in a bad mood.
