Uh, that's impossible to tell since we have no idea what you have. Generally? Just set whatever has the highest Atk. Like double LMB Tiamats if you played during Tiamat event. And bring your Kaiser for that element.

The age of Vine/Yamata no Orochi largely died when Herc's Relic weapon came out, since they share the same frame. But if you're not using that for some reason, go ahead and use Yamata no Orochi.

However, do note that Vine has higher hit-rate. You might want to use Vine in Thunder and Wind teams, as Yamata has poor hitrate against Water and Thunder.
