This might be an unknown but I remember when I first started playing there was a gacha that gave SSR weapon bricks and another that gave the SSR eido Chaldea. Are these at all common or are they a once in a while thing? Been waiting for another round of them. Just curious if I should ever expect another.

    I don't think it is.

Crit is also goddamn garbage - Crit(S) at skill level 30 will give you on average 3% more damage (assuming we know how it works properly, which we might not). And only during elemental advantage. I don't have maths on Rush yet, but that shouldn't be hard to top.

    Crit as in stinger?

I'm not sure where you got the numbers from but I'mma take stuff from the DMM wiki here:

Stinger is a RNG type skill. When it procs (chance is unknown), it adds a set 20% bonus to crit frame attack up. Each stinger weapon will have it's own roll for this: example with 2 crit weapons, you can get 40% crit up.

Increasing the skill level does not increase the value of this crit up. Instead, it increases the proc rate of the skill.

Yes, that's what I used. Also, for the skill level it speculates the same values as Assault.

Think of Crit this way - in order to get 20% more damage every time, you need to reach 100% proc rate. Going from nothing to 100% in Assault DOUBLES your damage, going from nothing to 100% in Crit gives you... 20%. Only during elemental advantage.

It's fucking garbage. It's nice when everyone procs and you get big numbers, but on AVERAGE, it's garbage. That's why you want Assault on everything...

Again, I don't have the maths out for Rush yet, so I can't comment on how garbage that is. Certainly not as good as Assault, but.

    Fair enough.

Then, to answer the original question... just do either. Both stinger and rush are RNG anyway, assault is the main thang you looking for.

We can very easily math out which stat is better, assuming the proposed values on the JP wiki are correct (particularly for Rush's increased double attack rate).

If Stinger gives you a % chance of doing +20% damage (otherwise known as critical damage), then the value of Stinger is %_Crit/5 (compare to Assault, which is usually +character_attack/2). For SLVL20 small, that's +2% overall damage.

If Rush increases double attack rate, then the value of Rush is approximately +%_dbl*(1-%skill_damage), as Rush contributes to normal attack damage and Burst damage (via more frequent Bursts), but not skill damage. I'd roughly weight this as +%_dbl/2 or +%_dbl/3, since you're typically going to be holding your Burst in tough battles. For SLVL20 small, that's +0.5% overall damage. Again, this assumes that Rush increases double attack rate as little as the JP wiki says it does.

In short, use Stinger if you'll have elemental advantage. Otherwise, use Rush. Assault will always be far better than either of these.

Seems some games are already getting their Black Friday stuff, hoping they make this years better than last years. I don't recall anything good from last years.
