considering she also generates burst quite well, wouldn't that give thanatos more weight?

could easily say that for wind enemy content (which is why i suggested Ama and Mars cause they do more than just debuff). not sure about other content though.

but on that note buffers that come in different frames would be ideal, cause they're also an easy ticket to high damage for a few turns at the very least. going by personal experience, 160% elemental attack and 80% assault still generates over 50k per hit for a few turns with a team of Arthur (flat atk buff), Svarog (stack atk buff), Yama (elem atk buff), and Dakki (rampaging). remove the rampaging part and replace it with PF and that's still a high amount of burst damage. toss in def debuffs and this only grows in damage

Quick question, do same Eidolon passives stack? Example would x2 belials give you 200% fire dmg? I assume they do, just want to make sure, because I saw someone with a 105% belial and was trying to rationalize why someone would do that.

More weight than Amon... sure I'll give her that pass. But Pluto and Berith offer far more utility compared to Thanatos in most other ways to begin with, so I'd have her dropped to low priority. Since we are talking about mtix after all.

Ama doesn't do more than debuff... and a bit of heal. A rebalance is long overdue for her tbh, even in DMM version. Mars is... a bit more useful than Ama considering the nuke multiplier and dispel, but wirag don't got terrible buffs to dispel anyway. Just go Uriel. Wind content basically cares nothing about debuffs for the next year.

Yes, but not the way you think.

You get the passive only from the main slot eido. That's where the first 100% goes to. There's another main slot eido that is exclusively friend only slot, and that's where you can stick at 2nd 100% eido... from your friend list. Therefore, any extra 100% you get should go into LBing.

Oh, so the sub eidolons dont give any passives at all? Sub eidolons should just be dmg focused or something? I'm guessing this applies with weapons as well? Such as being able to put any element weapon in your sub for dmg only, since it wont give passives?

Usually eidos with higher stats for subs unless they have a good active that is worth it. Weapons dont work like that, all sub weapons skills work and thats where most your power comes from so dont go with a rainbow weapon grid.

yeah, that's pretty bad unless you don't have any other eidolons to use.

the best things to put as subs are eidolons with high stats, or eidolons with good effects on call.. even better if they can do both. it can even depend on the event as well. (like using a Gale Kaiser Dragoon to block some thunder damage against a thunder enemy).

for instance, here's the eidolons for my wind team:

    Kamihime General Discussion + Q&A-eidolons.jpg

My Main one increases Wind elemental atk by 40% and reduces thunder damage by 10%, so she's placed in that slot.

    As for subs:

-Echidna (dark) cause she has lv100 and high stats being a gacha one (her dizzy sometimes lands too).
-Meng Huo (thunder) is there for both her lv100 stats and her atk buff when summoned.
-Huanglong (thunder) is there for stats like echidna. She rarely gets summoned though as she just extends the length of stun mode on bosses.
-Tiamat (Water) is also mostly there for stats, but her summon effect of adding a 3 turn barrier against damage can help soak it up (usually pops instantly cause it's only 750 HP damage it blocks total).
-Gale Kaiser Dragoon (Wind) is there for her effects more than her stats. Her summon effect provides a very good buff combo of boosting wind damage I deal while lowering thunder damage I take for 2 turns.

it's honestly not just the main eidolon, but also sub eidolons that are important, as some can greatly help you (like Meng Huo and Gale Kaiser's buffs greatly increasing burst damage in a full burst combo). At the very least, they give more Atk and HP and that gets amplified when weapon effects and other things come into play.

Yeah, I found it strange that passive stats are used off the weapon grid but not the Eidolon grid, kind of unfortunate, but I ended up just merging all the Dulluhans and using it as my main atm since I dont have a 100% Eidolon for my dark team. Mostly using event eidolons since it's the only thing I have access to atm.
