I could have sworn that combo attack rate up was one of the Master bonuses. Maybe not. Pluto definitely has bonuses. Awakened characters get bonuses also (if applicable; I didn't check the Awakening calendar and compare to the characters used and the date posted). Honestly I'm just skeptical overall without a control group. We assume that the base rate is 8% without this weapon, but there's a lot of variables that could be getting overlooked. For all we know, some characters have undocumented custom rates.

Honestly the game needs to display these modifiers so players don't have to guess.
