That miracle ticket you're seeing now is the one from last season so I'm not sure until what point. The miracle ticket you'll see in a couple of weeks time should include every non-limited hime up till the ticket's release. That means any new releases past the miracle ticket point won't be included in the pool.

In terms of weapons and eidolons, what should I focus on leveling? Should I just be throwing all other eidolons to Rudra to level her up first?
