1. Burst Effect added: All Allies' Water ATK↑
2. Assist Ability "Aqua Bit": All Allies' DEF↑
3. Ability "Hydoor Shot(+)": DEF↓ increased from 15% to 20%; CD reduced by 2 turns
4. Ability "Deia Wing/(+)": Burst Gauge↑ added
5. Ability "Recovery Phaser": CD reduced by 1 turn

Point 4 is quite a bit vague. It's BG gain rate up buff at +30%, so every hit your hime dishes out gets 13BG instead of 10. Which tbh, is really disappointing.

How much did she get buffed? Uh... in my personal opinion nothing significant. She'll become a better healer with the reduced cd on her heal, but she's still a heal slave without the potency that Sol or Diancecht provides.
