I just read that the SSR guaranteed Hime and Eidolon gacha are being replaced by new gacha. Anyone know what?

Usually it has meant that they're just refreshing them as they do every month, so it could be that just in Engrish.

Or they could be doing something different too. The last time they did that, they reverted back to SSR guaranteeds pretty quick.

Ya this, i doubt they go back to the 3k random SSR, it was honestly trash and the community response to it was terrible, its just the usual restock on both guaranteeds on the first few days of each month.

Anybody know what, if anything, determines whether debuffs hit or miss? I'm currently doing the main story quest and am missing quite a lot of debuff applications, yet the baddies are around 5-10 levels lower than my debuffers

The news post is worded a bit awkwardly (as is often the case with this game which is part of what I love about it) but they're just saying that the 1 month limit for each of the SSR Guaranteed Gacha will be reset, so they'll be "replaced" with a new version of themselves.
