As an aside, doing an element gacha should in my mind almost certainly increase the chances of obtaining that element's particular 100% eido, since it seems reasonable to assume that 100% eidos should, at the least, compete with one another for the same segmentation space. It may not, however, increase the chances of pulling a 100% eido in the first place.
Barring luck in drawing either of those Hime's that will be the plan for 2019. It'll take awhile so I'll just have to be patient.
