On the other hand, debuffs have full uptime and are way, way, WAY more powerful than buffs in general.

After about 79 rerolls I was lucky enough to get the 100% wind eidolon, sadly no Kamihime to go with it.
My question is, where do I go from here? In Sanahtlig's document it is described that wind is a good F2P choice?

Play through story to get Cybele, roll Gem Gacha to get Scathach, Caspiel and Zephyrus. Because you are F2P so that’s all I can suggest, anything else is depend on your luck because although you can play this game F2P but it still technically pay to win. Oh and rush Mordred if you want to play safe or go directly toward Herc it’s your choice

I don't think you can get Caspiel from gem gacha... yet. Rest is good.
I'd add to not be too preocupied with one with one element/style of play. Being f2p one has to work with whatever they get, so making some big future plans often doesn't work.

Basically collect assault wind weapon in raid then sling those weapons and make certain you are in good union in wind union event its in around 3 weeks from now. Union event wind will give 2 exceed weapons and some assault sr weapons too. Soon there will be hanuman for optimal use of hanuman you want to create single wind eidos grid for maximum performance using hanuman.
