I am unable to limit break diablopterux, for early game I took the 3 copies I had to max level but now I have other SSR weapons and want to combine them but break limit menu shows I do not have the necessary materials...

You can only Limit Break weapons or Eidolons with identical copies. There are only 3 copies of it in the game for now, making the maximum be 2-Star. You'll need to wait two events for the final copy, which brings us two more Panel missions.

I cant even get any one of them to 1 star. all three are just sitting there.

Did you lock them?

no, none of them are locked but are all at lv50 with +3 modifiers

They don't need to be level 50 for a limit break.

You probably have them all equipped, which in effect locks them. But you might as well keep them in your Grid, it's not like you have anything better to replace them with just yet, right?
