If a nerf happened, it would've been on anniversary patch when they "adjusted drop rates and changed Daily Ult to 30 AP"

Some time in the past week, we've had some changes to our Shop exchanges:
Fangs have changed from 2 monthly to 10 weekly.
T1 Cores -> T2 Cores have changed from 25 weekly to 30 weekly.
The material cost has gone from 150 Regalia Fragments to 40 Regalia fragments.
Both very welcome changes.

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but I have an old account from when the game first released and a new account I recently rerolled into. Just wondering which is better. Also wanted to get a bit of insight to why.
