2- farm story for rank points to get higher rank for more Soul P and more max AP. i think Aidoru found 5-4 as best rank point per AP.

it hard to decide because high rank means ur AP pots is more effective when event comes.

Yea, Sunday SP seems to be the best for overall exp but can be really random and/or difficult right now since it's only been out for a week (2 if you played early access). Expert gave me as much as 4k rank points and 5k exp and as low as the 2k's, but it was surprisingly difficult sometimes that it might not be worth the risk unless you're certain you can clear it. I had to always make sure I had a support that boost my damage for safety, I took someone's Anzu and wiped once today. Probably the most difficult content in game right now if I had to say, aside from trying to solo expert raid bosses.

Right now all I'm really doing is doing my 3 raid bosses of the element I want every day, then SP farm for dailies or mats if needed then farm 7-4 when nothing else.

I would definitely go for the eidolon enhance material SP quest as those guys are strangely difficult to get while you can get weapon enhance materials from most regular stuff. Of course if you really need to level something, do them. For now, I only ran each once to get the gem rewards.
