10k total of 10 weapons still gets the 3.5% multiplied once. Do the math again; +3.5% is equivalent to a 1.035 multiplier, not a 1.35 multiplier.

What you're doing is multiplying both the weapon value and the multiplier by 10. If that were correct, then a 20% bonus to ten 1k weapons would be 200%.
