It's in the How to Play Tab -> Gacha under the game.

Nutaku Gold can be used to draw:
Premium 10 Chain Gacha

Magic Jewels can be used to draw:
Magic Jewel 10 Chain Gacha

that will give you
at least one SR or higher Weapon or Eidolon guaranteed!

And it doesn't show when using jewels since there's no transaction notice but when using gold, it states it as well in the description when purchasing the 10draws.

A poor move by the devs IMO, notice needs to be placed on the gacha screen before purchase.

For jewels, only do the 3k draws, there is no benefits doing 10 separate 300 jewel draws. You might end up getting 10 Rs doing it 300 at a time. While doing the single 3k jewel draw will ensure you at least get a SR of something.

Gold on the other hand is a bit different since it has daily 150 gold draws. If you can get at least 1 SR out of 20 150g draws, you're already doing better than you would doing a 3k gold 10 draw.
