I'm not sure if you're misunderstanding something but 'max amount' does not mean 'max HP'. Your healing will never be equal to that of your HP. The numbers mentioned are the healing CAP for specific healers. In this game, heal amount is fixed and once it reaches its cap value, it stays there forever (unless the developers decide to increase it, which they have with some units for DMM version). It doesn't matter if you have 5k or 10k HP with Andromeda, your heal will be capped at 1.6k.

better yet i make an example:
i have a ramiel with around 1600 hp, then it hurt till around 1/3 hp...so it should be around 400HP, then i activate sol's heal and then it just healed for around 570 -/+ HP. there she still not yet reach fully healed...

may i know ur sol's hp... and i think they trying to mean ur sol's heal sux because she is low level/hp and when u level up her to a point her heals will be cap at 1600
Heals seem to heal some standard fraction of the target's max HP, regardless of the healer. At low levels Nike and Sol will both heal for less than 750 HP. At mid levels Nike will be capped at 750 HP heals, while Sol's will continue to grow. At high levels Sol's heals will be capped at 1500. I say 'levels' but, again, it seems to be based on the target's max HP. That's likely to be more heavily modified by equipment than character level.
