Hm. With Standard and Expert Disasters available at 10AP/1BP and 15AP/2BP respectively, does the advice of farming Standard instead of Expert still hold?

Ask yourself question, why are you farming it? If for weapons then yes, it's better to do standard first (you will always do both anyway if you have enough ap/time) since weapons drop from both standard and expert.

I'm more curious about how many types of weapons can a disaster raid boss drop, cause as im looking on the japan wiki of KamiPro, there are 3 types (1 Assault and 2 Defenders) . Maybe it's just my luck, cuz im farming the wind disaster right now and she only drops me the SR def gun.

It's your luck. There are 3 types, from wind disaster there are: crossbow (bow, assault weapon), gun and axe that looks more like hammer to me (for the life of me I wouldn't be able to tell which side of this thing I have to use to hit people, if I wasn't told that it is axe...) I forgot that disasters also drop BP seeds. Good way to prep for the upcoming raid event, assuming you don't have like 300+ lol.
