Raid bosses don't generally one shot your team unless you're severely under leveled and trying a difficulty you can't handle. The only real exception is union events as they get stronger each time you defeat one. Regular raid events don't do that either, rather they are generally easy enough you can auto battle with a decent set up. A good amount of HP you will get is from your eidolon grid and there are several eidolons with Atk% and HP% passives if using as a main or friend support. Then in battle itself, things like buffs and what not.
