If you do decide on wind as your secondary team, save up jewels for Set. Sure, 9 months is a long time to build up plenty of jewels... but Set really is that good for a wind team.

1. 9 months is reaching into "might not even be playing the game anymore" territory. I wouldn't preoccupy myself with game info more than 6 months in advance, especially if it means sacrificing now. Those opportunity costs might not get repaid.
2. Planning to spend precious resources on a secondary team doesn't make much sense. Use those resources to improve the team you'll be using 85% of the time. Your secondary should always have elemental advantage anyway.
