go to the japanese wiki, use chrome and google translate in to english. klick on the column "awakening" and you will see all kamis, who got this feature sorted in the top.

Since it's actually happening now, I'll try and make a guide entry on it this weekend. It'll depend on how much free time I have though.

Looking at the Materials required to limit break the Awakened Kamihime made me think "Oh nice! It's pretty much the same as before" but after seeing the amount of gems necessary "Jesus Christ Santa Gigante!..."
270k gems to MLB each Awakened Kamihime mamamia...well at least that means that you need to be EXTREMELY carefull about who you're gonna Awaken first.

If you actually have any of the kamihime that can be awakened in the first place. It's really hard to give a damn about this when you haven't rolled anybody from the list so far, and it's a year old. Gonna need to roll Sol from that player's choice gacha.

Well for starters, you shouldn't be awakening himes of an element you don't main. Eyes are far too valuable of a resource to throw around unless you're a hardcore whale.

Doesn't help nutaku is so inconsistent with their events, we didn't get any shards in the exchange shop this time.

Actually my main itself is quite inconsistent too due to RNG, at first my strongest element was Thunder and weakest Fire, but now my strongest is Fire and weakest Water lol. Though I after some thought I decided to go for the Kamihime that can give support to ALL my element, which is Gaia (I would have go for Sol but since I don't have her...)

It's really hard to say what could be the best element for f2p-players, because it depends on the luck, what you get with the time. Unless you decide to buy the miracle ticket which is just 1 time available in a year.
In case of gaia. She will be one of the strongest SSR after awakening, especially for 0AP thunder boss. 3 eyes are worth for her, no matter which team you are running.

Miracle tickets seem to be refreshed about once every 4 months, once they debut. Those inclined should eventually be able to build a hand-picked SSR team from scratch.

It should be the ideal, if you have any kami that can get awakened in that element, for example a friend of mine main fire and her 2nd strongest may be wind, but her SSR are amaterasu, acala, odin and azazel so none of her strong teams can be awakened, though she have tyr that can.
and on my case i have 6 kami that can get awakened, but it's hard to tell which one i should go as main, do maybe i'll decide it after choice gacha poll or after i use my jewels but for now it's unknown.
and there also kami that could be nice to have awakened even if you don't use their elements as main like sol or gaia :O
