What I love the most about Charles Blast is that you can VERY EASILY hit the lower limit debuff cap -50% Def/Atk with only 1 Kami and have the other 3 Kamis play a pretty flexible role in a way so that I can change them however I like to fit my prefered playstyle without having to limit myself to a FIXATED selection of Kamis or Eidolons to get to the lowest debuff cap. --

As said by others, fixing your Soul into Dartagnan so that you can use different Kamihime doesn't really make you any more flexible.

So, Nutaku is selling a loli-gacha and boasting that it's 8x chance.

Does this mean that we didn't get the 15x change, and instead we got 8x?

Nah, i don't think so. It's just another "milking whales" gacha, but instead of element or atk/def hime boosted it's now loli boosted.

Also lmao at the "Little Kamihime Gacha".

Unless they did infact increase the chances of SSR units to appear by 8 times (24% chance for ssr to appear).

I'm broke now... I got Cthulhu and Sol, with real money... I guess...

I'd like to believe that, but it feels like a stretch.

That's not how it works. You have 8x chance to pull one of those Kamihime if you pull SSR Kamihime (which is about 1.4% chance per slot). A Union member wanted 2 SSRs from the gacha, and I told him this, which should be roughly right and based on Sanahtlig's toolbox:
"You have a 4% chance to get EITHER Brahma or Cthulhu per 10-pull.
So 50% chance is about 544 bucks.
And that's just one of them.
... at half chance."

These Gatcha specials are designed to prey on the impulsive. Young adults (18-24) are particularly vulnerable to such promotions because parts of the brain involved in impulse control and rational thinking aren't yet fully developed. It's probably no coincidence that this happens to be the same demographic Nutaku's games target.

What? No...Nutaku wouldn't...I know they are greedy but not to this point. 8x is hardly any change from 5x...
