SSR Mammon isn't due until May, so she actually won't be until the 3rd Miracle ticket. Don't count on her for your thunder team anytime soon.

Thunder relies on either Tyr for 10% A (or 15% Awakened), or just plain Sniper Shot + Mammon's C debuff. To go the full distance, Thunder teams usually need to use Dartagnan with a Relic Weapon that makes Sniper Shot 30%. Originally Posted by Neverbloom

Do we really need to have a "main element" or we can balance each ones ?

In the long term, specializing is always better. Currently, having balanced-ish elements is doable, but there's more and more mechanics coming up which ensure that not all your elements can be up to spec at the same time.
The Miracle Ticket is the first one (since we didn't get Accessory Quests last week for some reason), so if you're willing to put 50 bucks down for this game, that's where you need to decide which element you will pursue. If not, then you can put that decision off for later when we start getting these mechanics.
