no plus (Small) = 0.5% at Lv0 and +0.5% every level. 10% at Lv20.
+ (Medium) = 3.5% at Lv0 and +0.5% every level. 13% at Lv20.
++ (Large) = 6.5% at Lv0 and +0.5% every level. 16% at Lv20.

Atk Up and HP Up have same percentage values.
