Your team is likely to change over time depending on your luck with Gatcha, but looks to me like your team is primarily wind-focused at the moment, with a possible switch to Fire. An ideal elemental team will contain at least 2 SR or higher + your hero. Right now you're at a bit of an impasse, but I'd probably focus on Wind and farm the Disaster SR gun for your hero. But another Dark or Fire from Gatcha could that change that outlook completely...
