I had your same Issue, back in July I had a rank 64 account with no SSR and quickly after I read some threads I rerolled an account with 5 SSR, took some time but got there
Now my new account is rank 80 with even more SSR via Magic Jewels, I hope you find the Kamihime you want, don't focus on SSR Eidolon at all
