You're not forced to do any of that, you just want too. RNG suck ass that I agree with but you needn't waste your time rerolling for days for the perfect team, you can manage just fine with mixed of randoms. Just get the unit you want and go play. I haven't gotten a single notable unit from my 3, or was it 4, 3k jewels rolls and I have never bothered to reroll ever. Team dynamics isn't even on my list of things to worry about.
