That assumption remains unverified, even in the absence of a rate-up. There could be a custom rate applied that makes it more or less likely to draw a weapon vs. an eidolon, or a weapon with a kamihime vs. one without. Since I haven't had any luck soliciting relevant data from re-rollers to verify this, I'm currently trying to extract this information from game support staff.
