Seriously though, as someone who has only soloed expert once (28ish minutes), there's a LOT more bang for your buck hopping on someone else's raid.

Yeah, I generally host whenever I can, but since I can't join another raid when mine is in-progress, I try to finish mine ASAP. That being said, I do try to join other people's raids, such as those with only one helper and not much damage done on the boss, to help him/her get that clear. I'm not actively trying to get that MVP, just clear things quickly so I can move onto another. Ideally, I join anything with 8+ helpers and almost dead, but those tend to go fast. I'm still at 170+ seeds, so I have a decent surplus of them, but I've burned quite a few just trying to get two Eidolon drops. I say two drops, since I'll get two more with my PP and Devil Souls, but I need to get two through either a boss drop or as a gatcha drop to fully LB her. Given that I haven't received ONE out of all of my time spent, I'm not too hopeful.
