If it was me, I'd just replace Acala with Nike and go full water with Sol. That or go full thunder with what he has since everyone using Sandalphon which can help even with a low level thunder team since Sandalphon also has HP% to go along with the thunder character atk. But like I said I don't know what else he has available.
In short if he comes back and still didn't win he should just say all things that he have available and on what level/limit broken.
